MISSION.
Align Organization is a public benefit social enterprise, founded by brothers Matthew and Andrew Tsao, to bringing together the interests of people, government, and private organizations to create impact by enriching lives through community-based service, resource distribution, and civic engagement. ​

Align’s Mission is to engage in purpose driven initiatives that create a material positive impact on our society and the environment. Our equity-focused approach to outreach connects with the greater community at-large and can also narrowly target hard-to-reach demographics. Align’s community engagement work supports and powers program participation in community development efforts. Our tailored in-language and culturally-relevant communication to connect with diverse communities allows for messaging to both resonate and result in action. Align works to develop program strategy in order to maximize resource distribution and program participation across projects and programs for governments, NGOs, and philanthropic organizations.
